If you’re planning a trip to Singapore, please read this information carefully. In August 2019, the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) introduced the Electronic Arrival Card to replace the traditional paper Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (DE Card). This service is offered through Aid-Air to help travelers save time and avoid long lines at the airport. (Please note that an arrival card does not replace a visa. If you are not from a visa-exempt country, officers at the airport will ask to see your visa. In that case, we suggest you consult the nearest embassy). The application for the Electronic Arrival Card can be submitted here. The minimum processing time is 30 minutes and the final decision of approval or denial will be sent to your email address. The document you receive will be valid for Single Entry, and it will allow you to stay in Singapore for 14 days Per Entry.

Is there any additional information for the Singapore Arrival Card?
All nationalities are eligible as long as you are not a working pass applicant or a cruise passenger. The Arrival Card can only be used for a single entry. However, if you are planning on entering the country more than once within the 14 days per entry of validity, please contact us before applying. The Singapore Electronic Arrival Card does not guarantee entry to the country. Customs officials will decide whether to allow entry to a visitor upon arrival. We recommend that citizens of South Korea apply for this Electronic Arrival Card at least one day prior to their trip to Singapore. Please note, you cannot apply before 14 days prior to your trip. With the Singapore Arrival Card, all you need to present upon arrival is your passport.
The Arrival Card is not a visa. Travelers of certain nationalities may need to present a visa upon arrival into Singapore. Some nationalities must also present a yellow fever vaccination card or other documents specified in their visa application.
