Once you complete the Passenger Locator Form you are accepting all the rules related to COVID-19 in Belgium.
I was in Belgium 2 days ago and I’m coming back, should I get a Passenger Locator Form?
In that specific case, you don’t need a Passenger Locator Form. You don’t require this document in these situations:
- You stay in Belgium for less than 48 hours.
- You were abroad for less than 48 hours and you are returning to Belgium.
Do minors need to complete the form?
No, if they are under 16 years old. Every person entering Belgium who is 16 or older has to apply for a Passenger Locator Form. Adults traveling with minors under 16 years old, should mention this during their application, so Belgium authorities are aware you are traveling with children.
What docs do I need to provide?
You should complete the form with personal information and trip details. For example, you will provide name, nationality, mobile number, last visited countries, address in Belgium, among others. You must have the next items too:
